Store Policies


Returned merchandise must arrive to Complete Home Hardware with 20 days of delivery date. All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. Customer will be charged for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, or written-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Please pack the products into their original box with plenty of packing material and place the original box in a shipping box and tape securely, and mark with the return address provided to you from our customer service representative. Make sure to ship your product back insured and with tracking. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit.

Partial refunds will be applied to all non-stock items, according the vendor specific policies on returns. Complete Home Hardware will pass on to the customer, any vendor issued re-stock fees to be reflected in refunded payment amount.   Complete Home Hardware does not sell, in our e-commerce stores, any items that are not in "like-new" condition. If a returned product cannot be re-listed as new on our website, no refund will be given. Select products, deemed worthy of being sold in our local retail space as "seconds" or "scratch and dent ,may be eligible for a refund equal to amount of our original product cost.   It's our goal to present all of our customers with the quality of products they have paid for and expect. We find this policy fair and hope you will too. 

Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived to our warehouse. Outbound shipping fees on returned merchandise, not accepted by Complete Home Hardware, are the responsibility of the customer.

Before shipping an exchange or return, customers must call customer service at 615-794-3880 to obtain an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This number helps us find where to apply refund or ship exchange. No shipments will be allowed without this number.

Please open order immediately after delivery and inventory contents. Notify Complete Home Hardware within 48 hours of order delivery date of any shortages. Complete Home Hardware is not responsible for items missing from orders, outside of the 48 hour time period.

Dead on Arrival
Sometimes, a product may arrive in non-working condition. We will work with you to get these items repaired or replaced promptly. In the unlikely event you receive a product DOA, contact us at (615) 794-3880 within 48 hours of receipt. We will then help you with getting the product repaired or replaced through the manufacturers warranty procedure. Defective products must be addressed though the manufacturer's warranty process. All products returned to us are subject to our return policy, seen above.
